I asked you to vote for who was best dressed at KCA, and the results was pretty close but I gave y'all a extra day of voting and the results are in.

Ciara Bravo (Nick's "Big Time Rush") was chosen best dressed, followed by Bella Thorne (Disney's "Shake It Up") and Victoria Justice (Nick's "Victorious"). Ciara dress was absolutely stunning at the KCA's. If you haven't seen it, you can watch the video below from the KCA's:
